Hesburger restaurant Rovaniemi Saarenkylä CM in Rovaniemi is currently looking for restaurant workers.

We offer flexible amount of working hours, but always according to employment contract. Work is shift work, during all restaurant opening hours, with the emphasis often on evenings and weekends. Because of the shift work, we are looking for employees over 18 years of age.

We expect positive attitude and team spirit as we want to offer our clients friendly service and we work in teams. Important qualities for our employees are also willingness to work in customer service and to learn new things and develop oneself. We require sufficient English skills and willingness to learn Finnish.

You can apply even without prior experience of restaurant work. Our competent supervisors will give you an orientation and training for the job. They also work with their teams in every shift helping them in all tasks. It is not a problem if you don’t have the required by law hygiene passport to start with. Hesburger will organize for you the test for acquiring the passport. We will also later offer you training for supervisor position, if you are interested.

We offer salary which is always at least on the level of the MARA collective agreement. In addition, we reward our employees for good performance. Working hours are flexible and work is interesting. Employment is permanent and the amount of working hours is negotiated and agreed together with you. 

Hesburger operates in seven countries: Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Germany, Ukraine and Bulgaria. Around 8,000 people work in Hesburger restaurants. In 2021, the chain’s taxable sales were 234 MEUR in Finland and 126 MEUR outside of Finland.
