Cadmatic is looking for Marketing Manager, Electrical to plan, execute and optimize marketing strategies for our Electrical Solution Unit.  Your main responsibilities are to create demand and generate leads for Cadmatic Electrical products globally. Creating new marketing content, updating existing content, executing global marketing campaigns, analyzing, and reporting performance of marketing activities and hosting online and offline events are part of your daily work. With your commercial mindset and experience of electrical design with CAD software, you will be accelerating global growth of the solution unit as well as building your marketing muscles in a global software company.

We are succeeding together. We do not work alone, you have proactive and highly skilled colleagues around the world to support you to aim the targets. You collaborate also with our business team, segment marketing managers, local sales team and our external partners. You can be located in our offices in Turku, Tampere or Kotka, Finland, but we are flexible working between our company and home office.  You are reporting directly to our CMO Toni Renberg. 

What we expect you to have:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or automation engineering
• At least three years of experience in electrical or automation discipline
• At least two years of experience of Electrical CAD software (e.g. CADMATIC Electrical)
• Experience in marketing or sales is appreciated but most important is strong will to make career in product marketing 
• Willingness and capability to learn new skills
• Commercial mindset, proactiveness and great team working skills 
• Fluent written and spoken English
