Strategy Implementation Manager

Our story

Cadmatic started in the early 1980s. Since then, we have grown to have over 6,000 customers in 60 countries for our software solutions. With CADMATIC software solutions our customers design, construct and operate end products like the world’s biggest cruise ships, luxury mega yachts, process plants for food, beverages and pharmaceuticals, power plants, and buildings from shopping malls to hospitals.

Over the next five years we are expecting to increase our total revenue annually by 30 %. To do this, we are looking to recruit at least 250 more Cadmaticans to our family.

Your role

As our Strategy Implementation Manager your mission is to ensure our future growth. Your responsibility is to:

• Oversee and drive our  growth strategy implementation
• Act as the link between top management and our strategic workstreams
• Ensure we have a clear overview of our strategic priorities and progress against our targets
• Develop tools and practices to support our strategy implementation
• You are the trusted coach and advisor to our sub-project owners / workstream leaders along our 5-year strategy implementation journey
• Support with other selected strategic topics and projects
• You build long-term plans for our commercial operations and engage our internal stakeholders.

You are located in our headquarter in Turku, Finland, but we are flexible working between our home and company office.

What we expect from you

To succeed as our Strategy Implementation Manager , you have: 

• 5+ years of experience from strategy and business development from a top-tier management consultancy and/or an in-house industry role
• Proven track record of leading demanding projects and driving change in complex business environments
• Excellent people skills and experience from successful stakeholder management with senior executives
• Strong communication skills that enable delivering key messages to the point in both written and oral context
• Combination of mature strategic business thinking and pragmatic, analytical problem-solving skills
• Strong can-do attitude and natural self-starter mindset to drive things forward independently
• Passion to create, discover, and execute our growth journey
