Production Development Manager – Turku

Our client company Nextfour Group is looking for a Production Development Manager. In this position, you can challenge yourself and use your knowledge to take our production to the next level and support our international growth.

Nextfour Group is an experienced product development company. We design and develop products all the way from the concept idea to production. This includes hardware, embedded software, backend, and frontend. We offer the complete solution under one roof. Our revenue is about 7 million euros, and we employ 50 professionals. AS A PRODUCTION DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, YOU:

•                        Take responsibility of the production overall development 

•                        Handle processes and communication between the production and R&D teams.   

•                        Write reports, improvement metrics, documents, and give feedback to the team.   

•                        Participate in search and develop further co-operation with partners for our international growth; therefore, you will need English in your work.   

•                        Develop the product testing; that’s why you need to have a solid understanding of electronics 

•                        Lead a team of half a dozen of production technicians with our Production Coordinator 

•                        Participate into material procurement process

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

•                        Suitable educational background, preferably in electronics.

•                        Work experience in electronics industry.   

•                        A person who can encourage, communicate, and support the team.   

•                        Can organize and carry through processes.  

•                        Have understanding and at least some experience of ERP system(s). 

•                        Fluent in English and Finnish.    

•                        Have a customer-oriented mindset.
