We are recruiting Ship Managers or Project Leaders

The understanding of the different disciplines of ships (one or more design disciplines) to project management tasks in design projects. The task includes comprehensive management of customer projects throughout the assignment lifecycle. The project leader is responsible for the technical, financial and qualitative implementation, monitoring and reporting to stakeholders of the projects.

We expect you to have long experience in project management and work experience in similar tasks. The requirement is an engineering or Master’s degree, preferably in the field of marine engineering. The expertise of project management software is considered an advantage.

Employees are also often involved directly in the customer interface, so we expect all applicants to have:

• customer service willingness 
• active approach and problem solving capability
• the ability to perceive entities
• teamwork ability but also the ability to act independently
• good written and oral expressiveness
• English language skills, other language skills to an advantage
• readiness to travel
