To support our growth and ensure continuous development we are seeking for
to join our team in Mankkaa Espoo, Finland.
This new and exciting role includes Evac Finland responsibilities related to QEHS-systems and some global Evac Group responsibilities related to product certifications and approvals.
As QEHS Manager, Evac Finland your responsibilities include:
-Develop and maintain QEHS-system
-Develop processes according to global guidelines
-Follow up system is in place and fully implemented
-Support other personnel in their job in order to develop and follow good practices
-Take care of internal and external audits
-Train and raise awareness of personnel regarding QEHS-system
Product type approvals and certifications (Marine Equipment directive):
-Overall coordination responsibility from product certifications (e.g. MED, USCG)
-Cooperation with certification authorities
-Cooperation with manufacturing sites
To succeed, you are a dynamic, energetic and solution-oriented professional. You enjoy developing processes and participating in group projects and ensuring the projects get finalized. You have fluent command of both spoken and written English; Finnish is beneficial. You are comfortable with interacting in multinational teams and sharing and gathering information efficiently with various types of stakeholders.
Ideally, you have strong QEHS-system experience, preferably in an international and manufacturing company. You are development and technically-oriented and you have strong track record and interest in the development of QEHS-system and related tools. Experience from marine industry is beneficial, but not a must. Your educational background is M.Sc. or B.Sc. in relevant area. The position requires some traveling mainly in Europe.
