HR Specialist (Temporary position)

We’re looking for a talented HR Specialist to seamlessly take over and elevate our HR operations and you might be a great fit – if you are flexible person who enjoys coordinating and co-operation, you could be the person we are looking for!

We are a communicative and flexible team, where we are willing to help each other. We are looking for the right person for our team to collaborate and to share our diverse job duties with.

What your tasks would include?

•  As a part of our HR team, you are in a key role in creating high-quality internal HR services and developing human resources processes.
•  With us, you will work on versatile HR tasks in an international environment, our small and flexible team administrates HR processes, recruitments, HR data and payroll coordination.
•  You will also have an opportunity to influence your responsibilities depending on your own interest and background.
•  You will operate in an interesting industry of shipping in a highly international company.

We expect that you:

• Have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, good organizational skills, and you enjoy having multiple projects simultaneously on your table.
• Have knowledge in Latvia labor legislation and previous experience in HR.
• Communicate well in written and spoken Latvian and English.
• In addition, you feel comfortable with various programs and tools, and you are skilled in learning new systems.
