Product Manager, Mats and Industrial Wipers Services 

We are looking for a business growth-oriented Product Manager to lead our global Mats and Industrial Wipers Service Offering Development (internally we call them Service Owners). Currently, we operate Mats in most of our 24 countries and we are looking to expand Industrial Wipers to new countries. We want to be a forerunner in enabling our customers to become more sustainable with easy-to-use textile services, offered with passion and human touch. 

Your key tasks in this global key role are to: 

  • Bring customer and user experience to the core of service development 
  • Initiate and co-create new business opportunities with customers  
  • Lead offering digital transformation based on market needs 
  • Build and own service roadmap 
  • Manage product portfolio and product lifecycle 
  • Lead cross-functional service development team with agile methods 
  • Support sales and go-to-market for new markets 

To be successful in this role, we hope that you have a passion for people and teamwork. We expect you to have previous experience in commercialization of B2B services for global markets. You should also have a good understanding of B2B service development and at least a basic understanding of agile development methods and digitalization of the user and customer experience. We are a genuinely international company, so excellent English language skills in writing, speaking, and presenting are essential to play on a global market. We hope you have a suitable academic degree and at least 5 years of experience in similar roles and responsibilities.
