Nico is looking for Scrum Master to Metso Outotec

As a Scrum Master, your role is to stay on top of the workflow of several software development teams and support continuous improvement in communication and practices between the teams in accordance with agile principles.  You coordinate activities, set up meetings and work as a facilitator using several digital platforms to ensure the smooth-running of the ongoing projects. 

The best combination of experiences, skills and background is

• Previous experience as a Scrum Master is preferred 
• Ability to prioritize and delegate
• Proactive, positive and cooperative attitude to collaboration
• Experience using Jira
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English.

More details:

• Start in September
• Project length 6-12 months 
• Location: Espoo (remote work)
