Senior ERP PROJECT MANAGER  

to join Neste corporate IT and work in diverse business development projects. The position is full-time, permanent and located at company headquarters Keilaranta, Espoo. 

Neste wants to be a forerunner in the rapidly changing world. This means developing the best solutions for customers and suppliers as well as developing internal processes for global needs and various business areas. At the moment Neste is running forward with digital transformation, speeding up data utilisation and supporting a large number of business growth projects in the area of integrated ERP, where SAP has a critical role. 

 To succeed as a Project Manager in this area, you have a solid understanding of corporate level ERP implementations, and you have experience on successful deliveries from defining the requirements with various stakeholders, until the project closure.  

You have a business mindset, and understand that the transition projects are not all about technology, instead adding value to the business chain. You are already accustomed to working in an international environment with English as your working language. You are skilled to manage complex projects and to support other team members in their tasks when needed. In your role, you will also work closely together with multiple stakeholders, suppliers and vendors, coordinating and managing the budget, project risks, reporting and schedule.

The best combination of experiences, skills and background is

• Relevant track record in IT Project Management   
• +5y in SAP/ERP Project Management experience 
• Excellent project planning and budgeting skills
• Ability to prioritise and delegate
• Good problem-solving, interaction, presentation and documentation skills
• Active, positive and cooperative attitude to collaboration
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English.

 We also value

• Experience in collaborating with business stakeholders and multiple vendors  
• Cloud migration experience 
• Work experience in a global company.
