Area Sales Manager – Finland
The position as Area Sales Manager will give you the responsibility for our B2B sales and development of Plus-Plus® toys in a defined area or region. You will report directly to our Sales Director Nordics and become a central part of our newly established sales organization.
As the Area Sales Manager at Plus-Plus A/S you will have big influence on the development of the position that primarily focuses on maintaining and developing existing and new customers and segments within B2B.
You will together with the entire Plus-Plus team secure the constant development of Plus-Plus A/S as a leading toy manufacturer and distributor in the region.
- Sales on all levels, from central chain offices to individual stores.
- Develop new customers and segments.
- Budget, follow up as well as market development.
- Creation of action plans on individual customers and segments.
- Secure relevant marketing plans in close collaboration with marketing and commercial.
- Manage contracts, prices and special offers.
- Maintain and develop Plus-Plus A/S customer base and network.
- Regular travel activities in your region as well as to Plus-Plus A/S Headquarter.
Your success will be determined by structured planning and execution, your business sense, strong communication skills, can-do-attitude, flexibility, persistence and stamina.
- You have a relevant education but more importantly solid experience from a similar position in an international organization. If you have worked with children’s products or toys this will be a plus but not a requirement.
- You can manage all types of customer in professional and balanced matter. You will meet a wide variety of customers from Retailers, Onliners, Educational sales etc.
- You are positive in your personality and can inspire customers with your ideas and suggestions.
- You see possibilities everywhere and can create added sales opportunities with our physical and online customers.
- You set ambitious goals and want to achieve results
- You can manage various IT-systems and programs
- You will have your base at your home, preferably in greater Helsinki area and are expected to be self-going but also actively participate as a team player in the Nordic sales organization.
