THE ROLE 

As a Quality Engineer you will work with: 

• Laboratory processes and their development 

• Laboratory quality systems, use and maintenance  

• Standardization of documentation 

• Ensuring the quality of documentation 

• HSEQ 

• Maintain the level of laboratories in terms of quality systems and/or safety  

• Managing staff training for quality matters  

• Development of common policies, guidelines, and processes 

In this role, occasional travelling is required. 

At Kempower we work hybrid. This position is based in Lahti. 

WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE   

• B.Sc. degree in Electrical engineering or a related field  

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills  

• Strive for continuous development 

• Results-oriented approach  

• Independent working style 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

• A desire to develop your own skills and work
