System Manager, Helsinki

Finn Church Aid (FCA) is seeking for a System Manager for a permanent employment. The main task is to administer and develop FCA’s Salesforce platform with our partners. This includes consultations and closely working with FCA Country Offices (COs) and relevant SAC Units (Helsinki office) and colleagues. 

The position is located in Helsinki, Finland.  

Your responsibilities include: 

  • Project manager responsibilities and budget owner in system development projects 

  • Be the main point of contact for external consultants on the topic 

  • Being an administrator in FCA’s Salesforce environment, from User access creation to handling tickets and system upgrades 

  • To support and train FCA’s international workforce in Salesforce environment. 

  • To support FCA’s employees as a part of FCA’s ICT team 

  • Be the owner of Sales force overall development roadmap 

  • Participate in and/or lead discussions around applications development at FCA 

To succeed you need: 

  • Strong experience in developing and administering Salesforce environment. 

  • Experience in developing project management and CRM Systems 

  • Applicable technical training or strong experience in similar tasks 

  • Solution-seeking and problem solving capacity. 

  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment. 

  • Good abilities in English. 

  • Ability for direct development will be seen as an asset 

The position is permanent with six-month probation period and will be filled as soon as possible. The compensation is based on FCA salary scale and the candidate’s level of experience.
