Country Sales Director

Kramp, a leading family-owned company with focus on digital and e-commerce transformation, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Sales Director. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leave a significant footprint in the development of the business and be a part of an ongoing digital evolution. The Country Sales Director will report to the Managing Director Nordic and be part of the Sales Leadership Team for the Nordic region.

In short, your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead the Finnish sales team of Account Managers and retail support.

  • Implement the global commercial strategy and Nordic Cluster strategy at a local level.

  • Foster fast turnover growth, expand customer portfolio, and enhance customer experience.

  • Identify new business opportunities and innovations to increase market share and profitability.

  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, representing the company in local business partnerships.

  • Cultivate the Kramp culture based on Collaboration, Care, and Ownership, enhancing employee engagement and talent development.

  • Spearhead change programs, leading the shift towards a fully digital and data-driven organization.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate growth in turnover and market share in Finland, achieve increased profit margins, and successfully further fostercommercial, customer-centric culture. A key aspect of success will be to build and develop a high-performance team while ensuring effective cooperation with relevant stakeholders and the management team.

Solid experience from sales and change leadership

The role requires a master’s or bachelor’s degree in commerce, sales, economics, business development, or a related field. The candidate must have proven experience in a similar leadership role within a sales organization, with a background in e-commerce and online sales, and proficiency in digital tools. Strong leadership skills with a record of team development and people management are essential. Commercial expertise in core sales processes, preferably in Agri, B2B, or e-commerce industries, is a must. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, hands-on, and result-oriented, with a growth mindset and fluency in both Finnish and English. Command in Swedish helps with the role but is not mandatory.
