RDI Specialist (coordinator)

Are you a passionate developer of working life oriented higher education and looking for new challenges in your career? In Savonia University of Applied Sciences, you can participate in international research, development and innovation activities.

Savonia is a member of the EU4Dual European University alliance. The alliance is formed by nine European higher education institutions, which together develop working life oriented higher education in Europe.

We are looking for a RDI specialist (coordinator) to manage and develop the activities of the EU4Dual alliance in Savonia. As a project coordinator, your key role is communication with other higher education institutions of the alliance and the development of working life oriented higher education.

The tasks include etc.

• to coordinate the EU4Dual alliance activities in Savonia
• to activate and support Savonias staff to participate in development of these activities
• to communicate and work with EU4Dual partner universities and working life partners
• to report on the progress of the project activities

We expect from you

• at least master level degree
• experience on internationalization of education
• good communication and networking skills in international context
• strong development orientation
• experience in project management
• the ability to build working life cooperation

We appreciate

• experience in EU-funded RDI projects
• decision-making ability
• change management skills
• understanding about finances of project work
• postgraduate degree
