The team you’ll be part of
You will be part of the wider business development team. For developing the company’s business, knowledge of IT, security strategy and technology-related opportunities is essential. For these reasons, the IT Manager´s work is part of the business development activities, and the company’s board also actively monitors the work results.
As part of our team, you will:
- Develop, implement and maintain IT and security strategy and related policies.
- Lead day-to-day IT operations and be responsible for educating and training the personnel.
- Manage IT-related projects
- Identify, address and respond to any information security concerns and incidents.
- Identify technology-related opportunities to grow our business.
You have:
- A bachelor’s degree in programming, computer science, computer engineering, or another related field
- Some years of experience with responsibilities for at least some of the tasks described below
- Good communications skills
- Willingness to work with a diverse group of people from different backgrounds
- Enthusiastic, open-minded approach with a willingness to learn new in a fast-moving environment
