Quality Project Manager

We’re now looking for a Quality Project Manager to work at our global Quality & Sustainability organization

As a Quality Project Manager, you will be working in a global quality & sustainability team having strong daily co-operation with production, engineering, and R&D organizations. You will have opportunities to grow and develop in-depth expertise as long as you are ready to take on new challenges, question the existing practices as necessary and bring new ideas to our business. Position will be based in our head office Nokia, Finland, but traveling at our factories is expected.

Key responsibilities:

• Global responsibility and development of Mix up and traceability system (Nokia, Dayton, new factory)
• Development of quality and waste reporting systems and practices
• Development of technologies improving product quality

What we expect from you:

• M.Sc. or B. Sc. degree is necessary
• Project skills are on a good level
• Knowledge of statistical quality tools and quality systems
• Knowledge of office programs (especially Excel, Power BI as advantage) and good overall IT skills.
• Six Sigma knowhow as advantage
• Active and systematic working style
• Self-motivated and solution-oriented way of working with capacity to learn quickly in fast-paced environment
• Ability to use Finnish and English both written and spoken as working language
