 Nico is looking for Neste to a permanent position 

IT PROJECT MANAGER, Agile & Digitalization projects 

 to join Neste corporate IT and work in diverse business development projects. The position is full-time, permanent and located at company headquarters Keilaranta, Espoo.

At the moment Neste is running forward with digital transformation, speeding up data utilisation and supporting a large number of business growth projects.

As an IT Project Manager, you will be in a front row of grasping concrete business value in fast moving development cycles for strategic projects. You are familiar working with business stakeholders, managing requirements purification and driving for adding business value for cases – all leading finally to managing IT projects successfully.

 Your responsibilities also include preparing the IT part of business case approvals (budgeting, forecasts, risks), coordinating RFPs, supplier selections, and delivering projects according to Agile project management principles. You will ensure that the Neste Project Delivery model is followed during project phases.

 You have a business mindset, and understand that the projects are not all about technology, instead adding value to the business chain. You strive for change, not because of the project itself but by seeing the possibilities it will open ahead. You understand that the change is about people and the processes. You are willing to work in an international environment with English as working language.

The best combination of experiences, skills and background is

• Relevant track record in IT Project Management  
• Experience in agile project management (for example Scrum / SAFe)
• Excellent project planning and budgeting skills 
• Vendor / 3rd party management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritise and delegate
• Good problem-solving, interaction, presentation and documentation skills
• Active, positive and cooperative attitude to collaboration
• University level degree or other similar education in relevant subject area
• Fluent English.

  We also value

• Experience in collaborating with business stakeholders and multiple vendors  
• Understanding Cloud transformation projects is a plus
• Work experience in a global company.
